Is the shipping free?

This depends on the country from which you order and your order amount. Check out the table above to see how much shipping you will have to pay.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes, once you’ve placed your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email. And when your product is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you still have not received a confirmation email after 3 days, please send an email to info@mariamalki.com.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This mail contains a tracking mail.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide! (Some countries may me excluded due to local issues). Do you want to know if we also ship to your country? Please send an email to info@mariamalki.com.

Where does my shipment come from?

We ship all our orders from our Dutch & Belgium warehouse.

  1. Delivery takes place while stocks last. If an item is no longer in stock, this will be stated in the product information of that specific product.
  2. Leo Moon Gems will process your order within 1 to a maximum of 15 working days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If delivery within 15 days is not possible (because the ordered item is out of stock or no longer available), in case of a delay for other reasons, or if your order can’t or only partially be processed, the customer has the right to cancel the order without costs and notice of default.
  3. All terms stated on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the stated items.
  4. The customer is responsible for providing the correct information when placing an order. If you submit an incorrect address, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we can change the delivery address for you. We are unable to change your address once your package has shipped. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by a customer, we cannot issue a refund. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can issue a refund for the cost of the items only (less shipping) or reship the package if you pay for us to reship it.
